How Does It Work?

This is simply the same you have ever seen in the previous days except it is now on the web.

To share your leave planning, the only way is to contact me.....I am so sorry without your permission in advance, anyway I hope things can be done a little bit better in the future.

Please contact me.....either with a draft paper or e-mail me to put your name in the shared plan, this in turn means that you are willing to let the others know your preference as well.

Since there is no absolute security in the internet, I will keep a hard copy with me.....that will be a minimized "smiling face" booklet.....at all time.

Declaration You Must Read This First!!!

I have to declare and gently remind you that this is not an official leave booking system. Fellows who share their preference facilitates others.

Right here, there is no such First Come First Serve....

Instead, if you find your preferred date of leave have had 2 entries already, please feel free to contact and neogotiate with individual concerned.

After all, I will keep you inform in such circumstance.

Usually the outcome will be one of you may change your mind. If not, then please prepare for the lucky draw by our boss - in such circumstance, staff have the higher priority have the right of choice first.
